X5GON First technical meeting

A first technical meeting was organized in Ljubljana on the 23^th – 24^th of November 2017. The focus of this meeting was to finalize the prototype design and organize the logistics for the technical infrastructure. The approach towards technology, copyright and user privacy was the most important issue of the meeting. A brief update of financial and administrative issues was presented by the coordinator.
